Yes. PunchInn connects directly to ZKTeco devices via the ADMS protocol. Punches (check-in, check-out, break-in, break-out) are pushed from the machine and synced to attendance records in real time.
How does payroll calculation work?
Payroll uses a formula-based pay item engine. You define salary components (earnings, deductions, allowances), and the system calculates tax, loan deductions, and overtime automatically using real-time attendance data.
How does leave management work?
Employees submit leave requests via the self-service portal. Requests go through a configurable multi-level approval chain — line manager → department head → HR manager — with real-time notifications at each stage.
What does the offboarding module cover?
